César Ruiz (footballer)

César Ruiz is a Paraguayan professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. He currently plays for Tacuary in the Paraguayan Primera División.

Ruiz began his professional career with Cerro Porteño. He has also played for several other clubs in Paraguay, including General Caballero JLM, Resistencia SC, and Guaireña FC. He is known for his versatility in midfield and his ability to contribute both defensively and offensively.
