James Heath (golfer)

James Heath (born July 31, 1983) is an English professional golfer.

Heath was born in Hackney, London. He turned professional in 2006.

Heath has primarily played on the Challenge Tour, where he has achieved his greatest successes. He secured his first Challenge Tour victory at the 2009 Allianz Open Côtes d'Armor Bretagne. He won again at the 2014 Made in Denmark Challenge.

In 2015, Heath achieved a significant milestone by winning the SSE Scottish Hydro Challenge, earning him immediate promotion to the European Tour.

While Heath has competed on the European Tour, his appearances have been intermittent, and he has frequently returned to play on the Challenge Tour. His career has been marked by periods of strong performance on the Challenge Tour, interspersed with challenges in maintaining a consistent presence on the higher-level European Tour.
