Jérôme Leroy (footballer)

Jérôme Leroy (born 4 November 1974) is a French former professional footballer who played as a midfielder.

Leroy's career spanned over two decades, during which he played for several clubs in France, including Paris Saint-Germain, Marseille, and Lens. He was known for his technical ability, passing range, and occasional goals from midfield.

He began his professional career with Paris Saint-Germain in the mid-1990s and won several trophies with the club, including the Coupe de France and the Coupe de la Ligue. He also had spells with Marseille and Lens, where he continued to be a prominent player.

Leroy also played for Beitar Jerusalem in Israel for a brief period. He returned to France and continued his career with clubs such as Sochaux, Rennes, and Châteauroux.

He retired from professional football in 2013 after a season with Le Havre.
