Ito Smith

Ito Smith (born December 11, 1995) is an American football running back. He most recently played for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL).

Smith played college football at Southern Mississippi, where he set school records for career rushing yards, rushing touchdowns, and all-purpose yards. He was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

During his time with the Falcons (2018-2020), Smith served primarily as a backup running back. He contributed to the team as a runner and receiver. He was waived by the Falcons in September 2021.

He was briefly signed to the Arizona Cardinals practice squad in 2021 before joining the Dallas Cowboys later that season. His stint with the Cowboys was short-lived.
