Heinz Leu

Heinz Leu (born 1941, died 2021) was a Swiss computer scientist. He was a professor at the Institute for Information Systems at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, where he specialized in business informatics, requirements engineering, and software engineering. His research interests included conceptual modeling, information systems architectures, and quality assurance in software development. He published extensively in these areas and was a respected figure in the Swiss and international information systems community. He was known for his contributions to the development and application of formal methods in requirements engineering.
