HMIS Baluchistan (J182)
HMIS Baluchistan (J182) was a River-class frigate of the Royal Indian Navy (RIN) that served during World War II. Built by William Simons & Co. Ltd. in Renfrew, Scotland, she was launched on 26 November 1943 and commissioned into the RIN in 1945. Baluchistan participated in escort duties and anti-submarine patrols in the Indian Ocean. Following Indian independence in 1947, she was transferred to the Pakistan Navy and renamed PNS Baluchistan (F263). She continued to serve in the Pakistan Navy until being decommissioned and scrapped.
