Funny You Should Ask (1968 game show)
Funny You Should Ask was an American game show that aired on NBC from September 30, 1968, to March 28, 1969. Hosted by Lloyd Thaxton, the show featured contestants trying to match celebrities' answers to questions posed to them.
The core gameplay involved two contestants competing in each round. The host would ask a question to a panel of three celebrities. Each celebrity would write down their answer secretly. Then, the host would read the same question to a contestant, who would then choose which celebrity's answer they believed to be the "funny" or "correct" answer.
Contestants earned points for correctly matching a celebrity's answer. The contestant with the most points at the end of the game won a prize package.
The celebrity panel varied from episode to episode and included notable figures from entertainment and comedy.
