Freedom (Sheena Easton album)
Freedom is a studio album by Scottish pop singer Sheena Easton, released in 1997. It marked a departure from her earlier mainstream pop sound, exploring a more adult contemporary and R&B-influenced style. The album was released on the MCA Records label and featured production from Walter Afanasieff, among others.
The album included the single "All I Ever Ask," which received some radio airplay. While Freedom showcased Easton's vocal range and versatility, it did not achieve the same commercial success as some of her previous albums. The album explored themes of love, relationships, and personal empowerment. It is often considered a lesser-known work in Easton's extensive discography but is appreciated by some fans for its distinct sound and more mature lyrical content.
