Ehlscheid

Ehlscheid is a municipality located in the district of Neuwied, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is situated approximately 10 kilometers northeast of Neuwied and belongs to the Verbandsgemeinde of Rengsdorf-Waldbreitbach. Ehlscheid's geography is characterized by the Westerwald mountain range. The municipality has a rural character, with agriculture and forestry playing significant roles.
