Edward Collinson (cricketer)
Edward Collinson (born 21 May 1909, date of death unknown) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman who played for Derbyshire between 1935 and 1939.
Collinson made his debut for Derbyshire against Hampshire in the 1935 season, scoring 26 in his first innings. He played seven first-class matches in 1935 and a further three in 1936. He did not play first-class cricket again until 1939, when he appeared in two matches.
In his twelve first-class matches, Collinson scored a total of 169 runs at an average of 8.45. His highest score was 33. He did not bowl in first-class cricket and held two catches.
