Edward Barnes (cricketer)

Edward Barnes (born 19 February 1851, date of death unknown) was an English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Derbyshire in 1872 and 1873.

Barnes made his debut for Derbyshire against Lancashire in July 1872 when he scored one run in each innings. He played three more matches in the 1872 season and another four matches in the 1873 season. A right-handed batsman, he played 8 innings with a top score of 14 and an average of 5.00.
