Dave Redding (Formula One)

Redding's Formula One career spans several decades, during which he has worked for teams including, but not limited to, McLaren, BAR/Honda, Williams, and most recently, Alpine. At McLaren, he served in various roles, gaining experience in different facets of race team operations. His tenure at BAR/Honda and subsequently at Williams saw him taking on more senior management responsibilities, often involved in coordinating race strategies and overseeing pit stop activities to optimize on-track performance.

His role at Alpine (formerly Renault) involved significant management responsibilities. He often acted as Sporting Director, with responsibilities including race operations and the coordination of engineering and support staff.
