Daisy Johnson (Marvel Cinematic Universe)
Daisy Johnson (Marvel Cinematic Universe), also known as Skye, and later professionally as Quake, is a fictional character portrayed by Chloe Bennet in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). She is based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name, albeit with significant alterations to her origin and powers.
Fictional Biography:
In the MCU, Daisy Johnson is introduced as a computer hacker and member of the Rising Tide, a hacktivist group. She is recruited by Phil Coulson to join S.H.I.E.L.D., where she becomes a field agent and learns about her Inhuman heritage. Her birth name is revealed to be Daisy Johnson, and she is the daughter of Calvin Zabo (Mister Hyde) and Jiaying, an Inhuman with accelerated healing.
Daisy's Inhuman abilities manifest after she is exposed to Terrigenesis, granting her the power to generate earthquakes and manipulate vibrations. She struggles to control her powers initially, causing significant damage. S.H.I.E.L.D. helps her learn to control her abilities, and she eventually embraces her Inhuman identity.
During her time with S.H.I.E.L.D., Daisy faces numerous threats, including Hydra, rogue Inhumans, and alien invasions.
