CineVox

CineVox is a historical Italian film magazine. Founded in 1931 under the name Il Film, it was renamed CineVox in 1936 and served as a prominent publication for Italian cinema throughout the mid-20th century. While initially independent, it came under the direct control of the Italian government's propaganda apparatus during the Fascist era. As such, CineVox played a role in promoting the regime's ideology within the film industry and among the public. Following the end of World War II, the magazine continued publication, evolving to reflect the changing landscape of Italian cinema and film criticism.
