Chris Clark (footballer, born 1980)

Chris Clark (born September 15, 1980) is a Scottish former professional footballer who primarily played as a midfielder.

Clark began his professional career with Motherwell, where he progressed through their youth system. He made his first-team debut in the Scottish Premier League and established himself as a regular in the squad.

After a spell at Motherwell, Clark moved to Plymouth Argyle in the English Football League. He played a number of seasons for Plymouth before returning to Scotland to join Aberdeen.

Clark has also played for several other clubs in the Scottish leagues, including Dunfermline Athletic and St Johnstone. He was known for his versatility and work rate on the pitch. After playing professionally, Clark transitioned into coaching within the sport.
