Carrie Hamblen

Carrie Hamblen is an American politician and businesswoman from New Mexico. She served as a Democratic member of the New Mexico State Senate for District 38 from 2019 to 2023. District 38 encompasses parts of Doña Ana County.

Prior to her service in the State Senate, Hamblen was the President and CEO of the Las Cruces Green Chamber of Commerce, an organization focused on promoting sustainable business practices. She has been involved in various community organizations and initiatives in the Las Cruces area. Her legislative priorities focused on economic development, environmental sustainability, and social justice issues. Hamblen did not seek re-election in 2023.
