Bob Barry (cricketer, born 1868)
Bob Barry (born Robert Joseph Barry in 1868, died after 1902) was an Irish cricketer. A right-handed batsman, he played first-class cricket for Cambridge University and Surrey between 1889 and 1902. He was born in Cork. Barry made his debut for Cambridge University in 1889, earning his Blue that year. He played in the University Match against Oxford in both 1889 and 1890. He also played regularly for Surrey during this period. After leaving university, Barry continued to play occasionally for Surrey, his last first-class match being in 1902. His highest first-class score was 78, made for Cambridge University against Yorkshire in 1889. His bowling style is unknown.
