Doug Green (Louisiana politician)

Doug Green is an American politician from Louisiana. He served as a Republican member of the Louisiana House of Representatives for District 2, encompassing parts of East Feliciana and West Feliciana parishes. Green was elected in a special election in 2019 following the resignation of Major Thibaut, and his term ended in 2024. His legislative priorities generally focused on issues impacting rural communities within his district. He did not seek re-election in 2023.
