Ning An

Ning An (宁安) is a county-level city in Heilongjiang Province, People's Republic of China, administered by Mudanjiang prefecture-level city. Located in southeastern Heilongjiang, near the Russian border, it has a significant history and cultural importance.

Geography and Climate:

Ning An is situated in a mountainous region, part of the Changbai Mountains. The climate is characterized as a cold, temperate monsoon climate with long, harsh winters and short, warm summers.

History:
