Bo Hanson (rower)
Bo Hanson (born August 7, 1973) is an Australian rower. He is a three-time Olympic medalist, having won bronze medals in the Men's Coxless Four at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, the 2000 Sydney Olympics, and the 2004 Athens Olympics. He competed alongside James Tomkins, Drew Ginn, and Mike McKay in the 1996 and 2000 Olympics. In Athens, he teamed with Tomkins, Ginn, and Steve Stewart. Hanson also won a silver medal at the 1998 World Rowing Championships in Cologne, Germany, in the Men's Coxless Four. Beyond his Olympic and World Championship successes, Hanson has represented Australia in numerous other international rowing competitions.
