Bendern
Bendern is a village in Liechtenstein, located in the municipality of Gamprin. It is known for its historical significance as one of the original settlements in the country and the site where the population pledged allegiance to the Prince of Liechtenstein in 1699, formally establishing the principality. The village is situated in the lowlands of Liechtenstein, close to the Rhine River. Bendern also features the Parish Church of St. Peter, an important religious landmark. Its geographical coordinates are approximately 47°14′N 9°30′E.
