Antonio Serrano (runner)

Antonio Serrano Domínguez (born May 17, 1965, in Madrid) is a retired Spanish long-distance runner who specialized in marathon running. He represented Spain in several international competitions, including the Olympic Games and World Championships.

Serrano achieved notable success in the marathon, with personal bests placing him among Spain's top marathon runners of his era. He competed in the marathon at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, finishing 55th, and the 2000 Sydney Olympics, where he placed 41st. He also participated in the IAAF World Championships in Athletics, consistently representing Spain in the marathon event.

Beyond the marathon, Serrano also competed in other long-distance running events, including half marathons and 10,000-meter races. He was known for his consistent performances and dedication to the sport throughout his career.
