Aneurysm (band)

Aneurysm was a French noise rock band active from the late 1980s to the early 1990s. They were known for their aggressive, discordant sound, drawing comparisons to bands like The Jesus Lizard and Unsane. Aneurysm's music often featured angular guitar riffs, harsh vocals, and a rhythm section emphasizing power and dissonance. They released several EPs and albums, gaining a following within the underground noise rock scene. Despite their relatively short lifespan, Aneurysm made a significant contribution to the development of European noise rock and influenced later bands in the genre. Core members included, but were not always limited to, Didier Bézé (guitar), Luc Crance (bass), and Franck "Dada" Hueso (drums). Their releases were often on independent labels.
