Alexander Wolfe (wrestler)

Alexander Wolfe (born Axel Tischer on December 5, 1986) is a German professional wrestler. He is best known for his time in WWE, where he performed under the ring name Alexander Wolfe.

Career:

Tischer began his wrestling career in Europe, competing in promotions such as Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw), where he achieved significant success, including winning the wXw Unified World Wrestling Championship.

In 2015, he signed with WWE and joined their developmental territory, NXT. There, he formed the stable SAnitY alongside Eric Young, Killian Dain, and Nikki Cross. As part of SAnitY, Wolfe captured the NXT Tag Team Championship with Eric Young. The group was known for its chaotic and anarchistic persona.

SAnitY was eventually called up to the WWE main roster on SmackDown in 2018. However, their run on the main roster was largely unsuccessful, with limited screen time and few significant storylines. The group was eventually disbanded.

Wolfe was later moved to NXT UK, where he joined Imperium, a stable led by Walter (now known as Gunther) alongside Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel (now known as Ludwig Kaiser). Imperium aimed to restore the honor of professional wrestling. He was released by WWE in 2021.

After his WWE release, Tischer returned to the independent circuit, resuming his career under his real name and working for various promotions.
