Three (Phantogram album)
Three is the third studio album by American electronic rock duo Phantogram, released on October 7, 2016, by Republic Records.
The album follows their second studio album, Voices (2014). Three was preceded by the singles "You Don't Get Me High Anymore," "Run Run Blood," and "Same Ol' Blues." The album's title reflects its status as their third studio album, but also carries a deeper significance connected to the death of band member Josh Carter's sister, Becky, who took her own life. The album explores themes of loss, grief, and healing, alongside Phantogram's signature blend of electronic, dream pop, and psychedelic rock sounds.
Three received generally positive reviews from critics, with many praising its sonic experimentation and emotional depth. It reached number nine on the Billboard 200 chart in the United States.
