Mark Baker (Australian politician)

Mark Baker is an Australian politician who served as a Liberal Party member of the New South Wales Legislative Council from 2003 to 2011.

Baker was born in Sydney and educated at St Ignatius' College, Riverview, and the University of Sydney, where he studied law. Prior to entering parliament, he worked as a barrister.

He was elected to the Legislative Council in 2003 and served one term. During his time in parliament, Baker served on various committees, including the Standing Committee on State Development and the Select Committee on the Hawkesbury-Nepean River System.

Following his retirement from parliament in 2011, Baker returned to his legal practice.
