Abdul Razzaq (cricketer)

Abdul Razzaq (born December 2, 1979) is a Pakistani former international cricketer. He was a right-arm fast-medium bowler and a right-handed aggressive batsman, known for his powerful hitting and effective slower balls.

Razzaq made his international debut for Pakistan in 1996 and represented the country in Tests, One Day Internationals (ODIs), and Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is). He was a key member of the Pakistani team that won the 2009 ICC World Twenty20.

Throughout his career, Razzaq played in over 250 ODIs, scoring over 5000 runs and taking over 250 wickets. He also played in 46 Tests, scoring over 1900 runs and taking over 100 wickets. His all-round abilities made him a valuable asset to the Pakistani team.

Razzaq's career was marked by periods of exceptional form and periods of inconsistency. He faced challenges related to fitness and form, but he often displayed resilience and determination. After retiring from international cricket, he continued to play domestic cricket and also participated in various T20 leagues around the world. He also ventured into coaching roles after his retirement.
