A Perfect Murder (band)
A Perfect Murder was a Canadian deathcore band formed in 2000 in Montreal, Quebec. The band's name is taken from the 1998 film of the same name. They were known for their aggressive sound, combining elements of death metal, hardcore punk, and metalcore.
The band released several albums and EPs throughout their career, including "Eulogies" (2004), "Strength Through Vengeance" (2005), and "War of Attrition" (2007). They toured extensively throughout North America and Europe, often supporting larger metal and hardcore acts.
A Perfect Murder's lyrical themes often revolved around violence, misanthropy, and social commentary. Their music has been described as heavy, brutal, and intense.
The band went on hiatus in 2009 and officially disbanded in 2011.
