8 (Incubus album)
8 is the eighth studio album by the American rock band Incubus, released on April 21, 2017, through Island Records.
The album was the band's first studio album in six years, following 2011's If Not Now, When?. It was produced by Dave Sardy, who had previously worked with the band on their 2006 album, Light Grenades.
8 marked a return to a heavier, more rock-oriented sound for Incubus compared to their later albums. Lead singer Brandon Boyd described the album as being a reflection of the band's growth and evolution over the years, while still retaining the core elements of their sound.
The album spawned several singles, including "Nimble Bastard," "Glitterbomb," and "Loneliest." 8 debuted at number 4 on the Billboard 200 chart, selling 52,000 equivalent album units in its first week.
