KVFD-TV

KVFD-TV was a television station licensed to Fort Dodge, Iowa, in the United States. It broadcast on VHF channel 2 from 1953 to 1955. The station was owned by Northwest Television Company. KVFD-TV primarily served the Fort Dodge and surrounding areas with programming from NBC and DuMont. Citing financial difficulties, KVFD-TV ceased broadcasting in March 1955. Its broadcast license was later deleted. The frequency was later reallocated for educational broadcasting.
