Altdöbern
Altdöbern is a municipality located in the Oberspreewald-Lausitz district of Brandenburg, Germany. It is situated in the Niederlausitz region, approximately 15 kilometers northwest of Senftenberg.
The municipality is known for its historical manor house and the extensive park surrounding it. The Schloss Altdöbern, a baroque palace, underwent significant transformations in the 18th century under the ownership of Count Heinrich von Brühl. The associated park is a notable example of landscape architecture and includes canals, sculptures, and diverse plantings.
