1923 U.S. National Championships (tennis)

The 1923 U.S. National Championships was a tennis tournament held at the West Side Tennis Club in Forest Hills, New York City. The tournament ran from August 13 to August 18, 1923. It marked the 43rd edition of the U.S. National Championships.

In the men's singles competition, Bill Tilden successfully defended his title, defeating Bill Johnston in the final. Helen Wills Moody won the women's singles title, defeating Molla Bjurstedt Mallory in the final.

The men's doubles title was won by Brian Norton and Bill Tilden, who defeated Richard Norris Williams and Watson Washburn in the final. The women's doubles title was won by Kitty McKane and Phyllis Howkins, who defeated Eleanor Goss and Marion Zinderstein Jessup in the final.

The mixed doubles title was won by Molla Bjurstedt Mallory and Bill Tilden, who defeated Kitty McKane and John Hawkes in the final.
