Xuân Hóa

Xuân Hóa is a commune (xã) in Minh Hóa District, Quảng Bình Province, Vietnam. It is situated in the central part of the district and is primarily an agricultural area. The economy of Xuân Hóa is based on rice cultivation, animal husbandry, and forestry. The commune, like others in the region, has experienced socioeconomic challenges due to its rural location and susceptibility to natural disasters such as flooding. The population is predominantly Kinh. Infrastructure is developing, but some areas remain remote and access can be difficult, especially during the rainy season.
