Worley (formerly WorleyParsons) is an Australian engineering company providing project delivery and consulting services to the resources and energy sectors, and complex process industries. Its services cover the full asset lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies through to decommissioning and rehabilitation.

Worley operates globally with a presence in numerous countries and regions. The company provides expertise in areas such as engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC), as well as operations and maintenance support.
