Wind Chill (film)
Wind Chill is a 2007 American supernatural horror film directed by Gregory Jacobs and starring Emily Blunt and Ashton Holmes. The film follows two college students, a girl simply identified as Girl (Blunt) and a boy identified as Guy (Holmes), who share a ride home for the holidays. They take a shortcut on a remote mountain road that is then struck by severe weather, leading to a car accident. Stranded and freezing, they soon discover the road is haunted by the ghosts of people who died there years before, including a corrupt sheriff and various victims of his misdeeds.
The film explores themes of guilt, redemption, and the consequences of past actions. The characters are forced to confront their own personal failings as they struggle to survive both the harsh weather conditions and the malevolent supernatural forces haunting the road.
