William Blackburn (cricketer)

William Blackburn (born 27 May 1882, date of death unknown) was an English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Derbyshire in 1913.

Blackburn was born in Hucknall Torkard, Nottinghamshire. He made his debut for Derbyshire in June 1913 against Lancashire when he took one wicket in the match. He played five further matches in the 1913 season, taking a total of five wickets with a best performance of 2 for 27 against Surrey. Blackburn was a right-arm medium pace bowler and played six first-class matches taking six wickets at an average of 41.00 and a best performance of 2 for 27. He was a right-handed batsman and played 11 innings with a top score of 10 and an average of 4.36.
