USS Susanne (SP-832)

USS Susanne (SP-832) was a United States Navy patrol boat in commission from 1917 to 1919.

Susanne was built in 1916 as a private motorboat of the same name by the Matthews Boat Company at Port Clinton, Ohio. In May 1917, the U.S. Navy acquired her under a free lease from her owner, C. L. Morehouse, for use as a section patrol boat during World War I. She was commissioned as USS Susanne (SP-832) on 15 May 1917.

Assigned to the 9th Naval District, Susanne operated on the Great Lakes for the rest of World War I, performing patrol duties.

The Navy returned Susanne to Morehouse on 22 January 1919.
