Tiptur

Tiptur is a city located in the Tumkur district of the state of Karnataka, India. It is a Taluk headquarters. Tiptur is known for its coconut plantations and is a major trading center for coconuts and coconut products. The town is situated on National Highway 206 (NH 206), connecting Tumkur and Honnavar.
