Time Cube

Time Cube was a pseudoscientific personal theory conceived and promoted by Gene Ray (1915-2015). The core tenet of Time Cube was that all of conventional physics, astronomy, and much of modern society were fundamentally flawed, based on a one-corner perspective of reality. Ray argued that the Earth rotated within four simultaneous 96-hour days, creating four corners of a "Time Cube" at the points where the sun's rays intersected. He claimed that these four days happened simultaneously and that mainstream science suppressed this truth.

Ray's ideas were largely incomprehensible and lacked any supporting evidence. He presented them primarily through a website which was notorious for its confusing language, aggressive tone, and capitalization. Despite its lack of scientific validity, Time Cube gained a cult following online, becoming a subject of ridicule, fascination, and academic analysis as an example of extreme pseudoscientific thinking. Ray frequently presented his ideas at universities, often disrupting lectures and engaging in confrontational debates. He never published his ideas in peer-reviewed scientific journals. The theory has been widely debunked by scientists and academics.
