Joseph Carberry (politician)

Joseph Carberry (born circa 1856, died October 26, 1916) was an American politician who served as a U.S. Representative from Pennsylvania.

Carberry was a member of the Democratic Party. He was elected to the United States House of Representatives in 1912, representing Pennsylvania's 6th congressional district. He served one term, from March 4, 1913, to March 3, 1915. During his term, he served on the Committee on Ventilation and Acoustics. He was not a candidate for renomination in 1914.

Later Life and Death:

Following his term in Congress, Carberry engaged in business pursuits in Philadelphia. He died on October 26, 1916, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was interred in New Cathedral Cemetery.
