Tim Tam

A Tim Tam is a popular Australian chocolate biscuit manufactured by Arnott's. It consists of two malted biscuits separated by a light, hard chocolate cream, and coated in a thin layer of chocolate. Tim Tams are widely available in Australia and many other countries, and are considered an iconic Australian snack food. Different flavors and variations, including limited edition releases, have been introduced over the years. The biscuit is often consumed using the "Tim Tam Slam" method (also known as "Tim Tam Bomb" or "Tim Tam Explosion"), where opposite corners are bitten off and the biscuit is used as a straw to suck hot liquid (typically coffee or milk), melting the inside chocolate and creating a warm, gooey experience.
