Till Death Us Do Part (film)

Till Death Us Do Part is a 1969 British comedy film based on the BBC television sitcom of the same name. The film retains the sitcom's main characters: Alf Garnett, his wife Else (often referred to as "Our Else"), their daughter Rita, and her Liverpudlian socialist husband, Mike Rawlins (also known as "Randy Scouse Git" by Alf).

The film follows the Garnett family through a period of social and political upheaval in late 1960s Britain. Alf, a reactionary and bigoted working-class man, constantly clashes with Mike over politics, race, and social issues. Else, long-suffering and tolerant, attempts to mediate between the two, while Rita often finds herself caught in the middle.

The film, like the television series, satirizes the prejudices and changing attitudes of British society through the exaggerated and often offensive opinions of Alf Garnett. Warren Mitchell reprises his role as Alf Garnett, Una Stubbs as Rita, Dandy Nichols as Else, and Anthony Booth as Mike.
