The Newcomers (ballet)
The Newcomers is a one-act ballet created in 1988 by choreographer Glen Tetley to music by Benjamin Britten's Variations on a Theme of Frank Bridge, Op. 10. The ballet premiered on October 14, 1988, by the National Ballet of Canada in Toronto.
The Newcomers is a neoclassical ballet exploring themes of societal integration and exclusion.
