The Mole (Australian TV series) season 1

The Mole (Australian TV series) season 1 was the inaugural season of the Australian version of The Mole, a reality television show format developed by Belgian company Woestijnvis. It aired on the Seven Network in 2000. The series followed a group of contestants as they completed various challenges designed to add money to a prize pot. One of the contestants, known as the Mole, was secretly tasked with sabotaging the challenges and preventing the group from winning the money.

Each week, the contestants took a quiz about the Mole's identity and their actions. The contestant who answered the fewest questions correctly was eliminated. The ultimate goal was to identify the Mole and win the prize money.

Season 1 was hosted by Grant Bowler. The Mole was revealed to be Jan Moody, and the winner was Kirk Heaton. The total prize pot at the end of the season was $100,000.
