Stinkfist (EP)

Stinkfist is an EP by the industrial rock band Nine Inch Nails, released in 1994. It served primarily as a promotional release prior to the release of their second full-length album, The Downward Spiral. While the title suggests a standalone release, the songs on the EP are tracks that would later appear on The Downward Spiral.

The EP was circulated primarily within the music industry and radio stations, not for general retail sale. It was intended to generate buzz and introduce audiences to the darker, more aggressive sound that would characterize The Downward Spiral. The track listing mirrored a selection of songs that would ultimately appear on the album.
