Stimulator (band)
Stimulator was an American rock band formed in Detroit, Michigan, in the early 2000s. The band was known for its energetic live performances and a sound that blended elements of garage rock, punk, and power pop.
Stimulator’s lineup typically consisted of Jeremy Gloff (vocals, guitar), various supporting musicians throughout their active period, performing primarily around the Midwest United States.
The band self-released several EPs and albums. While they did not achieve mainstream commercial success, Stimulator developed a dedicated local following in Detroit and the surrounding region, playing frequently at venues like the Magic Stick and the Lager House. They were also part of the vibrant Detroit rock scene that spawned bands like The White Stripes and The Von Bondies.
Stimulator eventually disbanded, with members pursuing other musical projects. Their music remains available through online music platforms and continues to be appreciated by fans of Detroit rock music.
