Jim Pender (footballer, born 1911)

James "Jim" Pender (born 1911, date of death unknown) was a Scottish professional footballer who played as a right winger. Pender's senior career began with Clydebank in the Scottish Football League. He then moved south to England, where he joined Southport in 1934. He spent the 1934-35 season with Southport in the Football League Third Division North, making a limited number of appearances. His subsequent career is not well documented, but he is believed to have returned to Scotland and continued playing at a non-league level.
