State Fair (1945 film)

State Fair is a 1945 American musical film directed by Walter Lang, starring Jeanne Crain, Dana Andrews, Dick Haymes, Vivian Blaine, and Charles Winninger. It is the second of three film adaptations of Phil Stong's 1932 novel of the same name. The film tells the story of the Frake family's trip to the Iowa State Fair, where each family member experiences romantic entanglements and competes in various contests.
