Starlifter (EP)

Starlifter is a music EP released by the electronic music artist Disasterpeace, the moniker of Rich Vreeland. It was self-released on August 17, 2012. The EP consists of five tracks of chiptune and electronic music. The sound of Starlifter is characterized by its use of 8-bit synthesizers and retro video game soundscapes, blended with more modern electronic production techniques. It features elements of IDM, glitch, and ambient music, showcasing a range of styles within its short runtime. While not as widely recognized as some of Disasterpeace's other works, such as the FEZ soundtrack, Starlifter is considered by fans to be a key example of his early work and a notable contribution to the chiptune genre.
