A81 road
The A81 is a major road in Scotland. It runs generally north-south, connecting Glasgow to Callander. It provides a key route through a scenic area of the Scottish Highlands, passing near the Trossachs National Park. The road is used by both local traffic and tourists. It is a single carriageway for much of its length, and various sections have speed restrictions. The A81 intersects with several other significant roads, including the A84 which leads to Stirling and further north. Historically, the A81 has been subject to improvement schemes to enhance road safety and traffic flow.
